4 week Commitment Our personal training revolves around a 4 week commitment. In addition to your training regime, we take a holistic approach to your health and fitness, by focussing on the following key elements each week: - Week 1: Your Goals

Investment for One on One Training We have worked to create competitive fees coupled with outstanding training to make your commitment a sound investment PERSONAL TRAINING | one on one 30 mintue session - minimum commitment 4 weeks - 4 sessions $200 expiry in 4 weeks
